1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.2. Splutter the mustard seeds.3. Add onions and saute till golden brown.4. Add the Dry Red Chillies, Garlic, and Curry Leaves and stir for a few seconds.5. Add Turmeric & chili powder and saute.6. Add the diced beans and potato along with little salt and mix well.7. Cover the pan and allow it to cook for around 10 mins or until the vegetables are tender.8. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
