How to Cook:
Heat some oil in a pan and stir the kovakka pieces along with the green chillies cut into half, smashed small onions, curry leaves and a few coconut pieces. Give a quick mix. Cover and cook until it is cooked. Don’t forget to give a mix in between. Add some Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and enough salt to taste. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and serve it with rice.
