How To Cook:
Grind the grated coconut, green chillies, ginger, garlic and some perumjeerakam with some water to make a smooth paste. Cook all the chopped vegetables with little water and some salt in a pressure cooker till you hear one whistle. Open it after five minutes. Heat some oil in a pan and add some cinnamon, curry leaves and chopped onions and stir until the onions become translucent. Add in some chopped tomatoes and saute for a few seconds. To this add the cooked vegetables and add little water to it and cook for five minutes. Add the ground coconut paste and stir for five to eight minutes until the raw smell is gone. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot with appam, idiyappam, porotta or bread.
